Meet The Founder

Shaunte Haynes is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin native and teen mother who has worked hard to overcome poverty and not let her circumstances define her. She is the founder of Late Inc., a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide resources and developmental programs to help families create a better future. Shaunte is a strong advocate for advocating for the underprivileged and believes in the power of education and personal development to break the cycle of poverty. Through her work with Late Inc., she has provided educational and employment opportunities to hundreds of families. She is committed to continuing her work to help more people, and to raise awareness about the need for creating your own path of GREATNESS.

A powerful network

Building positive relationship with many different companies and individuals, to help build our communities as well as families in need. Our top priority is to have the resources available to those who seek the information and tools for a successful future.

Everyday support

We work hard to ensure that none of our members, are neglected. Therefore we’re seeking volunteers to work closely with individuals who may need a little extra help achieving their goals toward success.

Quarterly Luncheons

The beginning of each quarter , we hold our quarterly networking luncheon.

Monthly Think Tank

The third week of each month we'll host a meeting called "The Think Tank" where we go over the programs and possible things we can implement to our mission.
